Welcome back, and thanks for joining us for another episode, fellow Movie Nerds! This week, we're discussing two classics, Desert Hearts (1985) and Dog Day Afternoon (1975).
Desert Hearts is an 80's romance about the love between Vivienne Bell, a literature professor going through a divorce, and Cay Rivvers, and young, and spirited woman who lives on the Dude Ranch Vivienne is staying at in Reno, Nevada. Dog Day Afternoon is a Pacino classic covering the true story of John Wojtowicz, who in 1972, robbed Chase Manhattan bank in Brooklyn. The movie follows the events of that day.
